Setting up office365 mail to send letters from 4logist

  1. Create a user with a mailbox.

The license must be at least Exchange Online plan 1.

Enable Authenticated SMTP for the mailbox:

The checkbox must be checked”

  1. Check if Authenticated SMTP is blocked. Uncheck the box (if checked).
  • If the Conditional Access Policy Block Legacy Auth policy is used, add the required user to the Exclude.
  • If you are using Security Defaults in Azure, you may also need to disable them.
  • After disabling them, security settings will need to be reconfigured in other ways, for example, through Conditional Access.
